Laura has over 15 years of experience working in IT within higher education. She enjoys designing and implementing sustainable solutions, automating paper-based or manual tasks, and using AI, digital document managment, and workflow automation tools to streamline these processes. She engages and collaborates with cross-functional teams on various technology projects and system implementations, elicits and documents requirements, analyzes needs, and maintains operational knowledge of current systems and emerging computing technologies to support the campus community, and to advance the University in achieving its mission. In her free time, Laura loves the relaxing lake life, kayaking, biking, and spending time with her husband and family.
