ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø welcomed alumni for two reunion weekends this month, reviving the tradition last enjoyed on campus during the Bicentennial Reunion of 2019.

Today, at a celebration two years in the making, students sent home at the height of the pandemic received due credit for the grit and determination displayed during the final months of their senior year.

Two of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s Residential Commons will welcome new co-directors, beginning in the 2022–23 academic year.

Lesleigh Cushing, Murray W. and Mildred K. Finard Professor in Jewish studies and professor of religion, has been named ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s next Provost and Dean of the Faculty.

Isabella Morse ’21 has been named a recipient of the Gates Cambridge Scholarship.

Interim Provost and Dean of the Faculty Ellen Kraly has announced a series of faculty appointments.

Terri Stewart has been named director of campus safety at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø.

Trustee emeritus Robert Fox ’59, GP’23,’25 has given $10 million to build Fox Hall at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, the first residence hall of the University’s fifth Residential Commons. The gift was acknowledged by the Board of Trustees during its fall meeting, Sept. 30–Oct. 1.

On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø men’s soccer alumni gathered to dedicate three team lockers to the memory of former players who died in attacks on the World Trade Center. 

Renee Madison, director of human resources for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Ind., has been named vice president for equity and inclusion at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø.
