From his workshop in the Clifford Gallery in Little Hall, Adam Samuel Goldman ’94, this year’s Christian A. Johnson Artist-in-Residence, is launching a campaign of artistic chaos across the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø campus.

Professor Elizabeth Marlowe’s ARTH/MUSE 254: How (and Why) To Buy a Work of Art introduces students to the many considerations that shape museum decisions about which works of art to acquire.

The conference will feature ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø professors Peter Balakian and Kyle Bass as workshop instructors, alongside other distinguished visiting faculty from Hamilton College, Cornell University, Ithaca College, and more.

Engineer, designer, and entrepreneur David Kelley will visit ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø as the University’s second Clifford Family Innovator in Residence, April 8–10, 2025

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will host Francesca Zambello ’78 as the inaugural Clifford Innovator in Residence in February 2025. Zambello is the artistic director of the Washington National Opera.

n on Thursday, Aug. 29. The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Shuttle will operate under the direction of the new transportation department director, Colin Idzi, a former transportation coordinator and campus safety officer at Hamilton College.

Protestant Campus Minister Corey MacPherson has been named University chaplain for a three-year term beginning July 1. 

As part of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s continuous effort to steward the campus and maintain the University’s distinctive landscape, several willow trees will be removed from Willow Path the week of Jan. 15.
